2. Service
LensDub provides video translation, subtitle generation and voice dubbing services for creators and businesses.
3. Account
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. User Content
Users retain ownership of uploaded content.
Users must have the rights to upload and process content through the service, including any voice samples used for custom voice models or training.
By uploading content, you grant LensDub a limited license to process, store, and use the content solely for providing the service.
5. User Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for any audio, video, voice samples, URLs or other materials uploaded or processed through LensDub.
6. AI Voice Generation
LensDub provides AI-assisted voice generation tools. Users must not use the service to create unauthorized impersonations or misleading representations of another person's identity.
LensDub uses third-party AI speech technologies, including Microsoft Azure AI Speech, to provide text-to-speech generation. Voice availability may vary by provider and language. LensDub does not claim ownership of third-party voice assets.
7. Content Processing
Users are responsible for ensuring that processed content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
8. Prohibited Use
Users must not use LensDub to process content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
9. Credits and Payments
LensDub uses a credit-based payment system.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
10. Service Availability
We may update, modify, or improve the service from time to time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
